Nain Lecture

All members and friends are invited to the downstairs fellowship hall for this year’s Nain Lecture.  For more information and to register, please click here.  Nain members, a sign-up sheet is located in the narthex for those willing to help before and after the Lecture, as well as for those who are willing to donate sweets for the refreshment table. 

Fall Fellowship Meal

All members and friends are invited to our Fall Fellowship Meal held after the Divine Service on Sunday, October 11, beginning around 11:30 am.  The congregation will provide beverages, potato salad, a vegetable tray, and the main course of turkey, ham, beef and bread rolls from Rupena’s Fine Foods.  Members are welcome to bring fruit, a salad, side dish, dessert, or something else to share.  A sign-up sheet for that purpose is placed in the narthex.  There is also a sign-up sheet for those willing to help in the kitchen before and after the meal.  Thank you in advance to those who are willing to pitch in!

Church Workday

We will hold another workday on Saturday, October 24 from 9:00-11:00 am.  There will be plenty to do both inside and outside of the church, and the skills of all helpers, no matter what level, will be used.   More information about the workday, including a list of tasks to be accomplished, will be presented a week before the workday.  Nain members, please prayerfully consider marking this date on your calendar and helping out.  Thank you!
