School Year Schedule

Beginning September 13 and continuing until Memorial Day of 2026, our Sunday schedule will be as follows: 

  •   8:45 – Sunday School              
  •   9:00 – Bible Study                   
  • 10:00 – Divine Service

Sunday School

Begins September 13

All children of our congregation and community 3 years old – 6th grade are invited to join us for Sunday School to hear lessons from the Old and New Testament.  Sunday School will meet throughout the school year in the downstairs fellowship hall on most Sundays during the school year at 8:45 am.  Please speak with Pastor Berg if you have any questions.

Church Workdays

Saturdays  |  October 3 & 24  |  9:00-11:00 am

We will hold two church workdays this fall on the dates listed above.  There will be plenty to do both inside and outside of the church, and the skills of all helpers, no matter what level, will be used.   More information about these workdays, including a list of tasks will be presented later this month.  Nain members, please prayerfully consider marking one or both of these dates on your calendar and helping out. 

Nain Lecture

All members and friends are invited to the downstairs fellowship hall for this year’s Nain Lecture.  For more information and to register, please click here.  Nain members, a sign-up sheet is located in the narthex for those willing to help before and after the Lecture, as well as for those who are willing to donate sweets for the refreshment table. 

Fall Fellowship Meal

Sunday  |  October 11  |  11:30 am

All members and friends are invited to our Fall Fellowship Meal held after the Divine Service on Sunday, October 11, beginning around 11:30 am.  The congregation will provide beverages, potato salad, a vegetable tray, and the main course of turkey, ham, beef and bread rolls from Rupena’s Fine Foods.  Members are welcome to bring fruit, a salad, side dish, dessert, or something else to share.  A sign-up sheet for that purpose is placed in the narthex.  There is also a sign-up sheet for those willing to help in the kitchen before and after the meal.  Thank you in advance to those who are willing to pitch in!
